Very easy my friend, assuming it is a conventional mp3 player and not an IPOD, connect your mp3 player to your computer via the usb port, download what songs you want to your computer,
the open windows media player you should see a tab that says sync, slick that and it should autorun to detect the hardware.
just click and drag the songs you want from your hard drive to the playlist hit sync not the tab and viola you should be good to go.

Hi nwhat I do is save my music onto my media player and when i want to put music on my mp3 player, firstly on my media player I select sync from menu above and drag or select music and clik on send to sync list, once u have made ur sync list up which is the music u want on ur player, u connect ur player to ur pc and wait untill it has been recognised by ur pc and ur media player press start sync and it may download automatically like my player or u may be asked where to download to, u select whatever ur player was recognised as. If u have selected too much music for ur player it will come up that ur player is full etc.

I am sorry that i have explained this roughly, i am a disabled person but i think u will get the idea, good luck.
