you can upload your video to photobucket.com and they will give you the html for the footage and host the clip for you.

when ya go there, it should show the bar that let's you browse what ya got and you can upload from there. if not, just upload it on youtube and take the link from there then paste it in your about me or where ever ya want it to be. www.myspace.com/randomnumbers if ya need help. it's mine.
