I need to know if a Short Pea Plant can Be an Hybrid ASAP its for science...

No, there is no way it can be hybrid short. Since the tall allele is dominant, you need both the alleles to be short in order fo rthe plant to be short. =] Just like it can not be hybrid for green peas.

No, because the short allele is recessive. The tall allele is dominant.
If a plant has both alleles (short and tall, meaning that it's hybrid), then it has to be tall.
