A lot of people have been deleted recently after working very hard to get up to a level where they can ask and answer unlimited.

If you get violated for something that is NOT even close to being offensive, please report it with the email header "harassment by another user" and state that you do not deserve this violation. Say that it is harassment and you want the matter investigated and the REPORTERS account suspended.

Who says they do cleanse their anus? Gay people are not the only type of people who enjoy anal sex. Many women do as well as straight men.

As for the cleansing method, the body naturally cleanses and detoxes itself when it is supplied with plenty of water as well as the help from fiber for the digestive system.

You need to educate yourself before limiting a question like this to just gay people. Considering GAY or HOMOSEXUAL people are women also.

Many use a small enema, just enough to clean out the rectum and the lower end of the large bowel (too big of an emema too often can damage the lining of the intestines and also interfere with normal bowel movements).
