i hae tryed all things like start run taskman and all right clikc o task bar and everthing else but i dont really want to install windows again but im not sure if there is anything else i can do

I'm not sure what your problem is but if all else fails you could try and restore your system when it was running properly. If it can't be done you may have a virus or adware that is causing havoc or it could be newly installed programs (you'd have to delete them) or a hardware problem. If all else fails, re-install windows.

reset the computer or want anybody to install a new windows & learn to installing the windows , it is very easy !!!!!!!!!!
