From an Arab stand point and what we know:

9/11 was a terrorist attack by extremists existing in all Arab and non-Arab countries including Iraq, however all terrorists are underground organizations and they don't operate from their home towns. Some governments do support terrorists in a way or another, but these things are not officially announced and they are denied all the way long. The world took the CIA's false reports on supporting terror and hiding weapons of mass destruction to justify the war on Iraq.

The whole thing was staged for the sake of economical benefits that are way out of reach for USA's current government.

The only thing connecting any Arab country to 9/11 is a momentarily happiness that USA's pride has been hit, (this was the initial feeling in the streets), yet all, or let us say the majority of common people disapproved the act as aimed to civilians and innocent people.

So, my short answer is (Absolutely Nothing) as well.

In reality it has nothing much to do with 911. Al-queda was based out of Afghanistan at that time. Bush used the war on terror to allow him to invade Iraq. The problem now is that if we pull out, Al-queda could settle in the unstable Iraq in which case the two would be linked.

Plenty, one thing the media did not speak of was the fact that before we went for an invasion Saddam had learned from 9/11. Russian intelligence went to Washington to meet with Bush. They informed him that Saddam had begun to plan his own terrorrist attacks against the U.S. However this was only mentioned briefly on fox news. No other network covered the story.

Okay, here is the scenario and what would you do? Your country has been hit harder by a know enemy than it has in 50 years.
It was hit by a madman that your predecessor did very little to stop.
The madman did it because you have military forces in Saudi Arabia.
You have military forces in Saudi Arabia to prevent another mad man in Iraq from invading your allies in the region.
Your intelligence agencies and the intelligence agencies of you allies around the world believe that the madman in Iraq is trying to get his hands on nuclear weapons.
These are the facts that you know at the time.

SERIOUSLY, what would you have done?
Waited for him to strike you country or use force to remove him from power?
