It goes red if someone I don't know starts talking to me or if I am talking to more than one person. It goes even worse when people say to me that it has went red ! I feel it going really hot and it feels as if it is turning purple half the time ! Sometimes it will go bright red for no reason like if I'm on a train and there's alot of people there. Can anyone tell me why it does this ? and how can i stop it ?

It's not rosacea ! My skin is soft ! I have really light skin and blond (naturally) hair. Is this why it shows so much.

You are probably really light skinned because I am and have the same problem. Everyone gets a little stressed when surounded by people, and your body reacts. When you have very fair skin, it tend to show and makes it seem like you are embarrassed...

Sounds like a blood pressure problem - drink less caffeinated drinks - eat lighter foods like salad, fresh fruits, grilled poultry and fish. Use a calming cream like Cetafil under your make up and always wear sunscreen. Keep alcohol consumption to a minimum it is linked to red flushed skin. Try yoga or ti Chi in the morning to relieve stress and if after a month these changes haven't made a difference see a Dr or Natreopath for more assistance in controlling your blood pressure. Good Luck!

i dont want to scare you or anything ,but i found this online:

Rosacea (pronounced 'rose-ay sha') is a skin disorder. It can affect people of any age, but usually starts in the 30s and 40s. The skin of the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead becomes red. Instead of being smooth, the skin in the red areas may also feel slightly lumpy with acne-like spots. Tiny, spidery thread veins are often visible. There may also be a burning sensation. The eyelids are often inflamed (blepharitis). The eyes may feel dry gritty and irritable.

Symptoms of rosacea

Redness of nose, cheeks, chin and forehead
Small visible thread veins on the face
Bumps or pimples on the face
Irritated eyelids and dry, gritty eyes

You can try going to see a Dr and see about taking something to calm you down. It's your nerves and your anxiety. I know someone who takes medication for it. Just to be real, it's Paxil and now that doesn't happen to them anymore. This drug can be used for depression and concentration (ADD) but it also has other uses such as what it prescribed for her, to calm her down a smidge.
Most importantlly now, she is more balanced and never gets 'red'.

It's just something to think about
