My first thought is that it's more likely that you're having night leg tremor that are waking you up. Many people have these, and occasionally a soak in a warm bathtub resolves and relaxing the leg muscles before heading for bed. There's also a syndrome called Restless Legs that fits your description. Ask your GP about it, as there are various ways of coping with the problem. Good luck!

Wow that's creepy. I'm very sure you might be dreaming about something then you wake up. The sensation of waking makes it feel like the bed shaked, but it didn't. Or you might be dreaming that you are falling (the most common dream) and the feeling seems so real that the bed seems to have shaken. If it isn't that maybe it's ure brother or sister jokin' around.

I have that when i am falling asleep and am extremely tired. I dont think its the mattress but our bodies or some kind of sleep illusion. Dont worry about it. I thought my house was haunted at first but my husband assures me it doesnt shake for him (well SOMETIMES maybe ;-)

I think you have a ghost in your bedroom who wants to get fruity with you. Maybe if you shout out that the vibrations aren't doing anything for you, it might stop...or get stronger...winner both ways don't ya think?!
