The simple fact is that Bush is indeed guilty of war crimes. If he doesn't get impeached, he will be charged with war crimes as soon as he leaves office. Rummy has already been charged, which is why he wont travel to Germany. It is only time before Bush and Chaney follow Rummy. The reason why Bush and Chaney haven't been charged yet is the fact they are still heads of state.

I live in a world where there are other countries OTHER than just the US. The US NEEDS to make diplomacy work and not just based on fabricated lies and propaganda like Bush has done.

it is a hard call when your dealing with muslims that have no regard for any thing other than there own laws. yes it does look bad in the eyes of the world and has went against former nato policies but mayby some times do unto others before do unto you. personnally i think policies are made to follow no matter who is in charge more so in conflicts abroad to ensure prisoners of war are treated fairly. bush and his cronies just decide to do what they think right and have never given a shi* about common people or anyone else. Yes he is guilty of these crimes, but i dont think the detainies should be able to use our system against us and he did put a stop to that thru the law, however it does not excuse him for rail roading nato law. he should be held accountable because the next war we get into is really going to be a *** story for p.o.w.s. he has dishonored the military by doing so and needs to pay for his cowboy polices. The other real crime is giving democracy to a religous culture that claims if you are not one of them you should die, there is nothing democratic about islam and they are just as guilty of war crimes as bush. he wants to prosecute other leaders of the world for doing what he is doing so yes impeach him and reastablish that the american military does treat prisoners of war justly and we just had a very selfish disobediant leader in charg at the wrong time.

Whats he guilty of? be specific which war crimes? your nothing but a bleeding hearts liberal or Taliban. Being the head of state whould not stop such a crime as you imagine in your small brain from being prosecuted.
Its called inpeachment and its happened before. The simplest interpretation for someone like you is that the president can pardon any federal criminal offense, including his own, but cannot pardon an impeachment. In other words, presidents are free to immunize themselves from criminal prosecution and most do just before they leave office just incase. Why do you think Nixon resigned ?? who do you think pardoned him????

Blair , Brown and each and all of the Liebour cronies that supported them like mac the spoon must be locked away in a secure place! under no circumstances enable the labour scumbags forget approximately that we went to conflict on a lie , hundreds of thousands died , Dr david Kelly replaced into murdered and now the islamic militants are forever out to strike lower back at us. This replaced into all on Labour's watch and once you flow out to vote each and each time , do no longer forget approximately or enable your self to be conned by potential of those crooks that are the Liebour social gathering!

I too live in a world where there are other countries. If they're not allied with the US, I just don't know that they matter. I'm speaking of their governments, not their people.

Congress approved the war. They too should be charged. No one committed war crimes.

Making up stories and labeling them as "facts" does not make them true. Misrepresenting information does not elevate it to fact or truth. Grow up and learn the whole truth before you spread more lies. Give sources for your alleged "Facts" and maybe someone will find you to be credible.
