is anyone familiar with gentex mirrors? i bought one a few weeks back and it blinks when someone is behind me?

Only at night does it do this. Could the sensor be bad in the mirror?

it didn't come with a manual.

Look in the manual to see if the sensitivity can be changed. I think it can. If not think you are right, Bad sensor.
