There are 3 companys that i know that can put acrylic liner on bathtub. The Are RE-BATH , LUXURY and BATHFITTERS. Rebath is Allover The USA I Dont Know if the other 2 Are. There web Address Is WWW.RE-BATH.com they have Franchises all over.

Depending on how bad it is or how much time you have (and the correct tools) I'd look at getting it done professionally. There are companies that do this and are for the most part reasonable and they guarantee their work.
