Probably Barack Obama, though I'm sure Oprah would be glad if Hillary won also, because it would be a woman president, and Oprah's all about female empowerment. I always said if Hillary ever ran, she should have Oprah as her vice presidential candidate. That way all the women in the U.S. would vote for them! lol

I'm sure it was obama because she had him on her show a while back and was raving about him. Though then again she might not have said either one, sometimes celebrity influence can hurt a candidates chances because people then think that candidate is only out for the rich people.
