I agree with Nine West, but also try Aldo and Steve Madden. They have great varieties, top quality at a moderate price.
You can also try Nordstrom's, their shoe selection is huge, and their prices (especially online) range from very reasonable prices to high-end expensive shoes.
By the way: red pumps *rock*. Snaps for your fashion sense ;)

Macy's, Nordstrom's, Dillards, Parisian's, or whichever department store is near you. I just got a really cute pair of Kenneth Cole Patent leather red peep toe heels from Macy's the other day.
