Or could it be the continuing disarray and lack of meaningful redevelopment along the Gulf Coast?

How about the largest government and largest budget in U.S. history?

Or could it be the largest budget deficit and national debt in history?

Training camps are in Pakistan but no longer in Iraq and Afghanistan so he has taken them out of two countries. He did not make Walter Reed hospital what it is that is due to lack of funding. The Democrats are the ones who like to cut military funding (I have seen it first hand as a veteran of 10.5 years). The gulf coast is being fixed in most areas but New Orleans was largely a welfare city so their tax money is limited. Lets not forget that the city and state play larger roles in reconstruction than does the feds. You have a point on your last two but the spending as far as the war goes is understandable. There are areas where the budget needs looking at such as cutting the support of criminal illegal immigrants. Why should citizens taxes support criminal invaders?
