I used to bite mine all the time and one day i took a good look at my hands and thought how horrible they looked!! i didn't bite them all the way but think about having nails how lovely they look and how much better long nails are when painted as apposed to those that are far too short!
Plus rings look much better and you can scratch the hell out of a guy during fun times ;-)

If you bite your nails, spray the nails with pepper spray. This will automatically prevent you from biting your nails further. More cheap and natural remedies for nail care at the link provided.

I too have the same problem! I suggest getting "fake nails" as they can help simply by not being able to bite off the acrylic.

I used to bites my nails. When I got a partial plate for some missing teeth, it stopped. I don't know why, but it worked.

get urself bad tasting nail polish.there are some that are especially made for nail-biting ppl.u can get in in clear so u can put it over the colour u are wearing i guess

only way i stopped biting my nails was to have fake ones put on.

fake nails are your best bet. with the longer & harder nails you'll notice when you start biting them and will be more likely to stop. good luck!

Put some kind of a nasty tasting oil or something and put that on your nails.

u can buy this stuff dat makes ur nails taste discusting wen u bite them.
