I find the best way is to use your bank card in a bank or hotel/casino ATM. Don't use any other ATM's they are more expensive.

Any hotel/casino will exchange Canadian dollars, and are generally pretty good for any type of cash exchange as they feel if you have cash and are standing in their casino that there is a good chance they will get it back. So the best place would be the hotel you are staying at.

Do yourself a favour.....exchange your money at a Canadian bank before going. Or CAA, if you're a member, will not charge for travellers cheques. As well, they will give you the best rate in Canada. Casinos in Vegas don't want Cdn money, so they will gouge you.
