how can i fix this?

My ears kinda stick out but they aren’t that big in size I just wanted to know if there is any way or surgery I could get to pin them back a little. I know it sounds really vane but I would be a lot happier If I could have them pinned back a little.

yup u can get surgery to fix it!!! iv seein people who have had it done!! really u can have surgery to fix pretty much ANYTHING! isent it wonderful! =)

I know lots of guys with big ears. Just grow your hair out, so it kinda covers them. It also takes the attention off of them.
