Which spelling is more commonly used and/or more acceptable in print?

I intend to use it for "uncollectible/-able payment".

I've always thought that, in terms of common usage,
collectible = noun (figurines, etc.)
collectable = adjective (can be collected, e.g. payments)

But after looking at the dictionary, both spellings are acceptable for both definitions.

Though the dictionary may say that both spellings are allowed, the usage in US seems to be more inclined to 'collectible', whereas in the UK, it is possibly 'collectable', with 'collectible' being used in the sense of something that is worth collecting for its value (present/future).

Whether used as a noun or adjective the right spelling is collectible. This store sells collectibles that they have been collecting all over the world. It can also refer not only to manufactured objects but also to abstracts, ie. ideas, opinions. For example: Before they went ahead with their civic project they held public hearings where they collected a lot of different ideas and opinions from people.
