When you want to praise someone, the way you "commend" or show your "admiration" for recognition, could be determined by the event or accomplishment.For example; If you want to show admiration for a friend attaining a goal for a sporting achievement, have a party with friends and family, present a trophy, or plaque. If someone has done a selfless act of kindness, verbally acknowledge them, send a card, or letter. Flowers are a nice Way to show that a woman is admired. Newspapers have special columns for dedications. The important thing is:"TO ACKNOWLEDGE" a person,. It is much appreciated. For whatever the reason, praise in any forum, is encouraging for someone to continue their attainment.

In order to really accomplish the greatest effect in praising people you should always praise people in a public venue where people are aware the individual has accomplished something. Words go a long way but awards, even paper awards go a long way towards making someone feel appreciated.
