Only by a subpoena order would you be able to gain access to the text messages from the wireless carrier.

I am almost positive that all cell phone company's do not display what text messages have been sent or read, i am pretty sure the only way that company's give that up is by a court order. However if he is texting her its likely he is also calling her get a detailed bill see what number he calls the most and look at the times, the might might even show how long his calls are. You will probably be able to see what numbers are calling him. If you find a number you think might be someone he is seeing call it, and ask her questions. You might be able to get this from any cingular store, or might have to call customer service and they will send you a detailed copy. However if your name is not on the account they wont be able to do any of it. If you have a strong suspension look at his phone while he is in the shower, or while he is sleeping. Look at his txt messages, and call log. Usually some phones will only hold so many calls like 10 or 20 and if you find out how many his phone holds and check a couple days later and if there is some calls missing you will know he deleted them. Its not actual proof of anything but you will know that he is hiding something from you.

Honestly, reading someone elses texts or email w/o their knowledge is not the best way to go. His behavior and body language can tell you plenty. If he acts nervous or gives excuses all of the time about where he's been etc is a great sign. But think of it this way, do you really want to be with someone who is or has cheated on you? How does that make you feel other than rejected, you know? If he finds out you've gone in to look at things, it could get ugly, I have a friend whom that happened to and it got to the point of a restraining order.

I don't use Cingular, but the carrier that I use doesn't let you read the message. But it does, however, show the number that the text was sent to/received from. If Cingular is similar, you could always print that info out and/or call the number back. If a female answers, play 20 questions with her! Good luck

I know that on the t mobile bill you get a print out of all the calls that are made from the phone and to the phone.
If it is a text messages it shows who is sending it.
I am sure your phone company has the same information

No, it rather is a crime, and falls into the privateness Act, so no longer ONE cellular telephone enterprise has ANY get right of entry to or enables any get right of entry to to have the means to work out any incoming or outgoing text fabric messages. the only thank you to work out them is on the telephone itself that they are coming from, or going to. Sorry, yet solid luck.

Unless you're married there may be privacy laws involved... such as 'invasion of privacy.' If you think he's cheating just ask the man but make damn sure you have some proof other than acting like some whacked out freak.

do not read his text messages. do not follow him. do not read his emails. do not do any of the freaked out, whacked things jealous women do.
DO be loving, compassionate and kind to him if you love him. It he is untrue, it will be shown in his actions and inactions.
