Wow. Could be most anything but I just got over a really bad combination sinus and upper respiratory infection that had all the same symptoms. Had to get a powerful antibiotic to know it out. Dr. gave me Zithramax and 2 days later I was getting better. I tried lost of natural remedies as a first resort but this time only antibiotics helped me. I was in South Carolina at the time and every other person has these symptoms and it persisted for over three weeks and was not getting better until antibiotics. I am a natural medicine freak but three weeks was enough. Time to see a doctor or health practioner. Your symptoms are pretty rough.

Go to the Dr. ASAP...sounds like severe flu....pheumiona
