i love my maama very much i want to marry him.v r blood related.even he loves me a lot but as he the only son he is very much afraid of our coming children.plz help me.we dont want to miss eachother.r their any precautions that v can take before so that v cant miss each other & at the sametime v can be free out of tension.plzzzzzz.help

According to any India Matrimonial statue such a marriage is not valid as it is taking place between the parties within the degree of probation. What is degree of prohibition? "degrees of prohibited relationship" - a man and any of the persons mentioned in Part I of the First Schedule and a woman and any of the persons mentioned in Part II of the said Schedules are within the degrees of prohibited relationship.

Explanation I.- Relationship includes,-
a) relationship by half or uterine blood as well as by full blood:
b) illegitimate blood relationship as well as legitimate;
c) relationship by adoption as well as by blood;

and all terms of relationship in this Act shall be construed accordingly.
Explanation II.- "Full blood" and "half blood"- two persons are said to be related to each other by full blood when they are descended from a common ancestor by the same wife and by half blood when they are descended from a common ancestor but by different wives.

Explanation III.- "Uterine blood"- two persons are said to be related to each other by uterine blood when they are descended from a common ancestress but by different husbands.

Explanation IV.-In Explns. II and III. "ancestor" includes the father and "ancestress" the mother;

How distant the relative ? What you could have going is something
that's actually against the law if you are too close of relatives.
Regardless, with blood relatives there's a horrendous disservice
to any offspring that may come along.

Uncle's make good husbands??.. enjoy the sex thing as long as it lasts but never marry him...Be up front about it with Mater/pater...keep the sperm from the Egg with at least two forms of birth control... My aunt and I did it for eleven years then we just stopped and became good family friends...I was 19 she 23 and it made us into good Marriage parteners for our spouses. Buddha will forgive us.

It is recommended not to do so. But if u really want, u can consult a doctor, both of you, and find out the Rh compatibility etc.

Only insane people marry relatives. It's not done.

Find someone you CAN marry. It can be done.
