My doctor told me 2-3 weeks. Usually breast tenderness and nausea. So I am so anxious I hope that I am and I hope you are too. Good Luck!

At about 3 weeks pregant I was just extremly tired and that lasted several weeks. I did not start getting sick to my stomach until about 8 weeks I only threw up a couple of times and I just had the dry heaves all day and night until about 13 weeks.

My breasts got sore after about 2 weeks from my estimated ovulation. No other signs though. As far as I know boobs are a #1 indicator.

I had implantation spotting at 7 days after ovulation. Common symptoms include sore breasts, fatigue, light cramps, and no period.
