When I read your question I immediately pulled out my Star Wars Incredible Cross-Sections (The Ultimate Guide to Star Wars Vehicles and Spacecraft) book. I searched the cross-section of the falcon for a bathroom but failed to find one. Sorry, maybe they are required to wear diapers like our astronauts do today.

That is a good question, probably out of the way in one of the hallway doors or in the back of the ship somewhere
