I have been on loestrin 24 for 38 days, I take the pill at the same time, every day. I began taking the pill on the first day of my period, last cycle and have not missed a day since. My boyfriend is still paranoid and insists on wearing a condom with spermicide on it. We were having sex today and the condom broke. He thinks he pulled out in time, but you never know. Any chance I could be pregnant?

The pill when taken right is 98% effective. But by usage is only 93%.
Its highly unlikely. The spermicide will have nixed the majority of the swimmers. The inhospitable environment the pill creates should handle the rest.

I dont think you have much to worry about. If you are taking birth control correctly (which it sounds like you are), then your risk of getting pregnant is less than 1%. Then add the spermicide, and him pulling out! I think everything will be just fine!!

All I can tell you is to makesure you keep up with your rutine and keep an eye ion it for the first 3 months if you skip it could be a possiblilty so just wait 3 months

So you're on the pill AND he used a condom with spermacide on it that broke? Your risk of being pregnant is VEEEEEEEEEEEERY LOW. So no worries!
