She is an assistant. Most likely the qualifications would just be other jobs that required similar tasks, especially receptionist and secreterial positions. You could find job postings like this pretty much anywhere that has job postings, but if you are seriously looking for one at a high fashion magazine I am not sure. I'd say go to the magazine's corporate websites and look for job openings there.
