They don't have the gym branch I go to at Las Vegas, but I can't stop my workout routine. Are there any decent gyms in vegas where I can purchase a day pass to workout, preferably with treadmills and a nice swimming pool????

by the way, I'm staying at a friends house, not a hotel.

Las Vegas Athletic Clubs & 24 Hr Fitness both offer visitors (about $15 daily or $30-$50 weekly). I don't believe their websites talk about this short-term membership but you can give the locations that you want to go to a call.

Las Vegas Athletic Club (lvac.com) has 5 locations in Vegas and 24 Hr Fitness (24hourfitness.com) has 12 locations in the Vegas (different ones offer different amenties such as only some of them have pools).

Most of the major hotels should have exercise facilities. If you're not staying at one, you should still be able to get a day pass, even though it might cost $25 or so for using the salon also.

You can try to sneak into the hotels and use theirs. Although, this is difficult if you are not registered.
You may wish to get a "trial membership" at one or go to the YMCA and get the day passes. Those are always available, however, not on the strip.

Have you checked the hotel that you are staying at? Most hotels have a fitness center.

I suggest you change routines from working to drinking, then you'll have no problems.
