The both seem so unfit to me. If you had to reward one of them with custody which one would you give them to?

Marrying someone better off financially than yourself does not make you a bad parent. K-Fed has gotten so much bad rap for "marrying up" and being a so-so musician, but we really don't know much about him besides that. From Britney's own reality series which she filmed herself when she met K-Fed (was I the only one who watched "Chaotic"? See some online clips below) it was so obvious that she was totally ga-ga over him, while he maintained a very stoic and controlled composure throughout her exuberant "I am so in love" (and some times stoned)behavior. It's on tape, folks! He seems the level-headed one. Till she matures give him the kids, but overall it's never in a child's interest to be separated from any parent. It's the tragedy of divorce that we allow any idiot to have kids, but then at divorce we somehow see it fit to judge their fitness as a parent. I am sure Britney loves her kids as K-Fed does (he already has so many). She's going through some rough times right now (hello, she's getting a divorce!) , but let the kids share their parents' joys, crisis and responsibilities. The kids deserve to have their mom and their dad. And they deserve privacy that K-Fed currently seems to have so much more of.

i'm hoping it supplies her some incentive to freshen up her act. unquestionably, the entire component merely makes me so unhappy. those undesirable childrens. And whilst i do no longer think of Kevin Federline is father of the year, he actual has replaced and that i think of he can enhance them extra effective than she would be in a position to. Oh yeah, and anybody who says he's merely doing it for the money is erroneous. he's not requesting extra baby help if he's granted complete custody.

I'd give custody to the parents of the stars. Spears and K-Fed are just unfit to be parents.

Why is everyone saying neither? I haven't heard anything bad about Kevin lately. And Britney,I mean com on that girl is crazy.I think that she needs to be waken up and she needs to realize that everything shes doing is not good for her kids. I think the children need to be given to Kevin and then Britney will realize how her behavior has affected her life.Because we all know that the kids are the most important thing to a mother and for her to lose them, its gonna affect her, hopefully in a good way.She needs to grow up,alot!

Her kids needed to be taken away from her a long time ago.. If we was to do half the crap she pulled.. family services would have took any of our kids in a heart beat. I am sick of celebrities getting special treatment!

Neither. Either way I doubt they'd be the primary care givers anyway. If I were the judge I'd forget them and just look at the nannies.

None of them! But since they're their parents, and after all that bald Britney scandal, I think it would be Kevin Federline. Poor babies, I feel sorry for them having to deal with a whacked mother and a loser daddy.
