Why do you find necessary to make the others to think? Who told you that is a good thing? How do you protect the people that you want them to "think" from being distracted from their real problems? Do you know if there should be a "problem manager" for the people first? Should they be submitted in other people's processes that interest only them? That is all I can think for now!
