If it flour you be wanting ---I would suggest you buy a windmill to grind the corn into flour--but I think you mean a flower garden.Go to a shop that sells peat,plants turn over the soil in your garden, put the garden peat on top--put plants in give good watering every day at night--whalla you have a FLOWER garden ,good luck--hope you have green fingers.hard work --it is worth it.

Plant some small individual packets of Flour, Wheat, Rye, Cornmeal.. you should be good.

u can't unless u it is a flower garden u are starting

buy plants/flowers u like from someplace like home depot or such and plant then in your yard

remember to let them get plenty of sunlight/shade (depends on the plant) and water
