What are the best hair extentions and would people know i have them...? thanks

I know a girl who had hair extentions put in. they looked pretty real and I never herd her say she had any trouble with them falling out. That being said, the poor girl chewed on her hair, and because of the extentions ended up with a bowel and collon obstruction she got very sick and lost 25 Lbs in a few weeks, she ended up in the hospital for a few weeks as well. If you do get extentions be absolutly sure not to chew on your hair! if your a compulsive person I don't recommend them.

I dont suggest getting hair extensions. I bet they will not fall out and people cant tell they're fake but just wait for your hair to grow and go down to ur hairdressers and ask for a trim. Not as expensive and not fake

I dont know witch are the best but if they are put in by someone who knows what they are doing and does a good job they should stay in and no one will be able to notice you have them.
