I like Addison better. I have never known anyone who has that name. I am pregnant also and having a girl. I myself went with a name that you dont hear much of and the name is Reese. If you can't decide on the two, wait until you look into her beautiful eyes and you will know exactly what her name should be. It would be fun to do it that way if you are torn. I wouldnt get caught up in the name meanings, they all seem to be different. I know for the name I am choosing I cant find a meaing as well, but she has a meaing all to herself to everyone who will know her and love her. Good Luck with everything and best wishes1

Love the name Cailynn Rose but like it spelled Kaelyn.
Cant find the meaning of Cailynn the way that you spelled it.
Kaylan
English: Variant of Kayley
Kaelene, Kaelin, Kaelyn, Kaelynn, Kailan, Kailene, Kailin, Kailynne, Kalan, Kalen, Kalin, Kalyn, Kalynn, Kayleen, Kaylen, Kaylene, Kailyn, Kaylin, Kaylyn, Kaylynn, Kaylynne
Kayley
English: Uncertain meaning; Kayley could likely derive from a Gaelic word meaning slender, but may also be a variant of Kay.

Cailynn Rose seems to flow and sound better. The girl's name Caitlyn \ca(i)-tl-yn, cait-lyn\ is a variant of Caitlin and Kaitlin.
The baby name Caitlyn sounds like Kaitlyn, Catlyn, Caitlynn and Caitlan. Other similar baby names are Cailyn, Cailin, Caelyn, Kaitlynn, Kaitlan, Catlin, Catelyn, Caitrin, Caitlinn, Caitlann, Caitland, Caitilin, CaitrÃn, Carlyn, Carolyn, Carilyn, Caralyn, Kitlyn, Katlyn and Kailyn.
Caitlyn is a popular female first name and a very rare surname (source: 1990 U.S. Census)

A variation of the spelling, Kaylyn is of American origin and "Kaylyn strikes people as a good name for an intelligent, shy city girl who is eager to please. Physically, she has dark hair, dark brown eyes, and high cheekbones." One source mentioned another variation of the spelling, Kailyn or Kaelyn, described as a form of Kaitlyn, meaning pure. I have to admit I like the name Cailynn better than Addison just because it is less popular, but I would prefer a different spelling just because I like "K" names better. Enjoy your baby girl! Hope this helps you out.

I look at Cailynn and want to say Kate-lynn....it more common (I don't particularly like it...but it's more common).
I like Addison Rose better. (again I think it's a spin off of Allison...but very very pretty and different.)

I like Cailynn. I actually thought about it too. My mom's middle name is Kay and mine is Lynn so I would Kailyn just to be different. Very cute... go with it. And it's not crazy popular at the moment. Best of luck on your deliery!
