I have a ticket that is written with the wrong state and color of my car (the color is close, but the state is dead wrong). Do I have to pay it?

Ok, you should contact the officer first. Tell him he wrote the wrong state on it (the color doesn't REALLY matter, it's more for the officers reference to jog his memory). If he doesn't want to cancel it, take it to court and it will be withdrawn there for sure.

A parking ticket is a legal document, so chances if there is a mistake on the document, it will get dismissed,,give it a shot..??

The ticked may be ammended by the judge to show the right state, or you may get out of it.

Probably depends on the judge. Good luck.
