I have an online database that I use for order entry and invoicing, but the A/R portion of it is really bad. Is there a program out there where I can plug in simple customer info and amounts and record payments rcvd? Aging reports would also be important, but I don't want a full blown program like Peachtree, etc.

I dont know of any programs that are not a full program. I work for a small business which actually has Peachtree, versacheck and quickbooks. I do not like peachtree or versacheck I do however like quickbooks I know the program is expensive around 300.00 but it has everything you are needing including intuit checks and online checking.. I am trying to start a business and that is the one I will be using.....

Try QuickBooks. They have an online version.
