I don't think I'm really off base here...Clemens started 19 games and was 7-6...Burnett started 21 and was 10-8...sure Clemens had a slightly better WHIP and ERA but who knows when Clemens will come back and what if Burnett is healthy...with Toronto's offense?

u need to wait untill clemens makes a decision about coming back to the mlb. if he comes back than keep him even though hes an old stud hes still a stud. if he hasnt came back or the season has started y not go for it pick up burnett and if he doesnt work out go for another pitcher u can keep trying until u find the pitcher ur looking for.

Keep Blemens on your team for the time being. He is leaning 80-20 toward retirement. If you drop him and he comes back even for 1/2 the year you run the risk of not getting him back. If you have Clemens he will help you out when you need his numbers. Burnett will always be on the board and you can get him later. If you have a player and he gets hurt you can pick him up at no cost to you.

Not unless you want to lose when he decides to come back, I am sure there is some other garbage on your team you can drop to get Burnett. Burnett is a risk to me because he does not stay healthy long enough to provide great numbers for you.

no for the simple reason of burnett is injury prone and well clemens he will get his chance to perform even better especially if he goes to new york or boston

I think Clemens is getting very old. I say that is a good idea.
