Make sure your tank has salt in it(and I mean aquarium salt, not table salt). Dragon gobies require brackish conditions to thrive. A pet store lady told me they do perfectly fine in freshwater, but I put him in a 29gal with a little salt and he lived for about 4 years.

Try brine shrimp or better yet, go to the pet store and buy some ghost shrinp, live. My goby loved eating them. You can always raise your own brine shrimp, its fun and easy. You can feed them triops too, but the triops are hard to raise.... Amusing tho.

Anyway, good luck.

Maybe it doesn't want to eat off your knife. Or, you can call a pet store and see what they say.
