It cannot do them much good as I have recetly had a grade IV glioblastoma multiforme (a highly malignant and aggressive tumour) removed from my brain and start radiation therapy using high energy x-rays next week. The treatment has to be very localised in order to not damage the surrounding brain mass too much and yet has also to be very deadly in order to attemopt to kill off as many cells in the tentacles of this invader as possible.

There are some possible very debilitating side effects including "spongy brain" and mobility reductions after the treatment but without it there is only one certainty and that is death so the risks are well worth tajing as far as I am concerned

What started this invader's life in my brain?? Noone knows exactly!! Do I do drugs ... certainly not.

In fact I know what did NOT start it ... use of mobile phones (which I rarely use anyway as I think they are invaders in my life so I only use as a necessity at times) and stress!!

What will get rid of it completely ... serendipity!!

I have been given the average of 15 months before it gets me BUT being greedy I want longer so I intend to fight the life out of it. If it wins its going to be very battered and bruised I can tell you!!!!
