No such thing as a good p2p program. These programs allow others to directly access your hard drive to get information, such as music, movies.....by doing this you have gotten them right where they need to be, as far as a hacker is concerned. You make yourself that much more vulnerable to attacks by using p2p programs..... Also be aware that most p2p programs are riddled with spyware...

P2P is ok but you can get alot of Spyware and trash files with them. Try downloading like www.Utorrent.com and download torrents for music movies file, anything.

Use Azureus as your download client and get the torrents from www.torrentspy.com it is the best torrent site due to the ease of use, and also downloaders can leave easy to read comments regarding file quality etc. And files with viruses will be booted out.
