im trying to uninstall the sims 2 off of my computer but when i click on the uninstaller it wont launch. its getting me pretty mad so can anyone tell me if there is any other way to get the sims 2 off of my computer or another way to open the uninstaller?

go to control panel on ur computer. There u should see something that says remove and install programs. Click on that and scroll down and you will see Sims 2. Click on the button that says remove/change and that will say are you sure you want to uninstall sims 2. that should work if not then im sorry idk

Try seaching the Sims website and see if someone has already had this problem. They may already have a patch in place.
Try unistalling through control panel, or find the directory Sims 2 is in and run the uninstaller from there. Some disks also load a menu when they are put in the drive that includes a Repair/Uninstall option.
Just don't forget to remove the downloaded content as well, the unistallers will probably not handle that.
