he has the game installed on his laptop from his original disc but he hasnt played it in a while and it got damaged from carelessness. Can anyone help?

www.gamecopuyworld.com is the best place to look. Please only go there if you have a legal copy though, you wouldn't want to put either the site, or Blizzard, out of business.
For all those people begging for where they can download games free, this site is only for getting the smallest file to put into a CD-Drive emulator to get the program running, there are NO complete games on this site.

If you're asking where your friend has the image on his laptop then suggest doing a search for image files e.g. *.iso.
