Nope. In fact, if it helps you to orgasm during intercourse, it can actually improve your chances. The contracting caused by orgasm will actually pull the sperm farther into your body.

mak sure that you clean it between use as bacteria can live on them and you dont want to get a bacteria infection while trying to conceive
