Plan? What plan? There isn't a plan and never was. It was supposed to be shock and awe, a cakewalk. We walk, in take over, bring blessings of liberty to the open arms of the Iraqi people as we triumphantly return to tickertape parades. Another Bush delusion.

The Iraqi people must want peace. Until then Iraq will be in a civil war.
The plan is to turn Iraq security over to Iraqi security forces.

Honestly,I don't think there is a plan other than to let the next Prsident clean up the mess.And as for how to win,I seriously doubt we can anymore,if we ever could have in the first place.
