Graduation gift for a medical assistant?

Hello!

My friend just graduated and got her medical assistant certification. Any ideas as to what I should give her? $50 is my budget.

I'd suggest a stethoscope or bandage scissors. Have her initials put on them. My wife got the latter when she graduated nursing school as a special gift, and she still treasures them.
