The fact that you took TWO pregnancy tests and they both came back negative should set your mind at ease. But, believe me, I know how it feels when your body is telling you something completely different.

It could be very heavy period symptoms that are just exaggerated because you lost your virginity.

Another thing I've learned from experience is when you freak yourself out, especially about pregnancy, your mind starts creating symptoms even if they're not really there. You're probably getting headaches from all of your stress. Your nausea is also from stress, I'm sure. Your lower ab & breast discomfort is most likely your period.

Try to relax, don't freak yourself out. Taking a test always gives me reassurance and eases my mind. Now that you're having sex you may want to look into some birth control. That way you won't have to worry about times like this! :)

Good luck to you. Remember, relax!

not an expert but I have had pain and breast tenderness before mine. Being stressed and worried I'm sure will magnify the symptoms. If your so afraid of being pregnant at this time of your life, by the person you had sex with, perhaps continuing a sexual relationship with them isn't a good idea. If the symptoms continue after your period for a few weeks, check with your doctor. If that isn't an option most communities have health departments, or planned parenting facilities that offer free, or low cost, and totally confidential exams.

THats the thing with pregnancy. It could be your period and it could be preg. symptoms.

If you get your period now, thank god and remember that ANYONE who has unprotected sex can get pregnant. Often times condoms are offered at planned parenthood for free, check into that and you may want to talk to a family member about birth control if you are wanting to continue to be sexually active.

Good Luck

It sounds like your period is coming.
I would consider using more protection (like the pill or foam/gel or something) if you are going to be this paranoid.
I don't think I could enjoy it if I was always that worried!
And maybe it's not the right time to be having sex if you ARE that worried?
