this world by it's very nature isn't "peaceful" at all. Therefore, every nation on Earth could be seen as a threat to peace in some way. Asking a question such as yours only incites biased opinions based on jingoism, nothing more.
Furthermore, these kinds of question expose ignorances of those who post names of countries they know little about.

Israel has to top the list. It was born in terrorism and sustained only by military might, never by the consent of its neighbors. It is a garrison fortress set up in hostile territory, not a real state. The Crusaders established that kind of presence in the same land, and history shows that it cannot last as such. It may take a long time but the people there have long memories, and still hate the West because of the invasion by the Crusaders. They perceive the invasion by the Zionists as just another Crusade, and so long as Israel exists in its present form it is the major threat to a peaceful world.

Others on the list:
Pakistan, the haven for terrorists.
North Korea, a dangerous despotism.

That is a loaded question, since it assumes the world would be peaceful WITHOUT those three countries, which is simply untrue. if there was no Israel, would there be peace in the Middle East (no, they'd turn their hatred back towards themselves...Shi'ite, Sunni, Kurd). If there was no USA, there would be no "world bully" (wrong, there is China and Russia to fill in the blank, and England was the world bully long before the US came around). If there were no Arab States, there would be no terrorism (wrong, terrorism has no boundries). Its just a bullshit question.

United States, Israel and China.

The US is the new Evil Empire. Israel is dangerous because the US will back it up no matter what and China is dangerous because it is the biggest threat to US economic dominance and it has a billion-man military.

Iran, they have crazy Ineedajob as a leader and he has stated he wants to bring about a major war so that his "Mahdi" will come. Second, N. Korea, as their leader obviously cares nothing for human life - he destroys the lives of his own people. Third, Russia. They may have changed their name, but they have not changed their game. YBIC

the USA: It's foreign policies fuel hatred against the West. It's attitude towards the environment is also abysmal.

Israel: It's existence and policies have caused tensions in the Middle East, it currently occupies Palestinian and Syrian land, and it's recent military campaigns against Lebanon shows it's a hostile nation, along with it's current nuclear weapons.

Iran: It's leader is an apocalyptic maniac intent of disturbing peace with the Middle East and West. It poses a threat to it's neighbours and the world.

Runners up....

India, Pakistan, China, Zimbabwe, North Korea.
