I am lactose intolerant. I am starting to become stupid question intolerant too.

I went to college a feverent dairy consumer and came out lactose intolerant--it practically happenned overnight

Yes, and I don't really miss dairy that much, except for an occasional craving for pistachio ice cream or hot chocolate. There are a lot of great alternatives these days, like soy, rice or almond milk, that though taking a little getting used to, are really tasty.
