How does it affect YOU if . . .?

Question

1) your neighbor has an abortion?

2) your neighbor ends the life of her newborn child?

3) your neighbor has a spouse of the same sex?

4) your neighbor has more than one spouse?

5) your neighbor is rich and greedy?

6) your neighbor is poor and a mooch?

7) your neighbor is an illegal immigrant?

8) your neighbor cheats on his income taxes?

Don't assume you know what I'm looking for. I'm not sure I am either!

Answer 1

1) It doesn't. If we're friends, we stay friends. If we're not, we stay not.

2) She most likely goes to prison since she murdered a living being and I'll probably end up with a new neighbor.

3) No effect. Same as 1.

4) Probably goes to prison since polygamy is illegal and I'll get a new neighbor.

5) She gets in trouble since the neighborhood files petitions against her for unruly conduct like making messes, being noisy, and abusing gov't services. Probably get a new neighbor or at least she won't be invited to any community events.

6) She might get in trouble for defaulting in loans and having her house repossessed which means I'll have a new neighbor. Otherwise, I'll hire her to do some lawn work or other chores around the house. If she messes that up, then I'll ignore her.

7) As long as she doesn't bring any bad business into the area and it doesn't affect me, same as #1. If it becomes obvious that she's involved with something dirty, then I give her fair warning (with consultation from the rest of the neighborhood) and report her if she keeps doing it.

8) Same as #1. If she does, I won't know about it.
