relative speed of first train w.r.t. second = 90-70= 20km/h
relative distance to be covered = 100 km
so time after which they will collide = 100/20 = 5 hour
distance at which they will collide = 70 x 5 = 350 km away from the train moving with 70 km/h i.e. 450 km away from the first train.

They will strike after 37 mins and 30 seconds.

The 90 km/h train will have travelled 56.25 km
The 70 km/h train will have travelled 43.75 km

To check-: 56.25 + 43.75 = 100 km (so I know it is right!!)
