I'm 24 years old. I'll be 25 on March 7th.
I hope I'm not going through the change.
I am not hung over.

Tomorrow morning get up at dawn. As the sun seems to rise remember it's actually us who are moving at 900 miles an hour. Stand still on your apparently flat floor and remember the floor is actually curved because the world is round. Breathe and remember you can only breathe because trees give us oxygen. Now remember none of us are supermen and we can not be happy all the time. So have cry try to laugh at something and then make an appoitment at the doctor because our hormones can go quite silly and make us feel sad sometimes.

It ain't just a female thing.... I'm having a similar feeling. (Not "sad". No crying. But just feeling down and depressed for no apparent reason.)
Woke this morning with a depressed, I'm-in-a-rut mood and can't seem to shake it. In all fairness, I kind of went to sleep feeling that way too. Can't seem to find any activity or diversion to get jazzed about. My job.... Don't even feel like dealing with it, but got to. Life in general doesn't seem to hold any adventure or excitement right now.
Maybe we all need a vacation.

I am not sure what could be wrong, but it is alright to feel sad every now and then. Pain and sadness are both just facts of life, and emotions just as necessary as joy and happiness. A friend of mine said that it is hard to enjoy peace unless you've seen violence. Without the bad times how would we ever recognize the good in life. Take it and accept it for what it is: a part of life and a chance to grow. It is okay to feel pain, and it is okay to be sad sometimes.

Well. You did not tell any one of your age, but any age has a low point and only you can fix it by deciding not to feel this way, if however it goes on beyond a few days or weeks you must seek counselling and see you doctor, you may however call www.keen/bente48

I think you could be developing some depression, I suggest that you go talk to a doctor, I woke up one day as a kid and i was depressed from then on for years, but I am taking cipralex now and my mood has improved, Speak to a professional. IT WILL BE WORTH IT TRUST ME!

Eat chocolate, drink coffee, go hang out with your friends, or just talk to someone in person about the problem.
