I don't want to use the 2 already provided and I alreadly downloaded a theme from word press. I need specific step-by-step instructions on how to change my skin.

Simply, find one from here:
http://themes.wordpress.net/
Then download the .zip, unzip it and drag all the files into the wp-content/themes directory. Then, in the wordpress control panel go to Presentation, and find the theme and change it to that theme.

You shout learn HTML first. May be a week, after that it easy to change your blog. No need specific step-by-step instruction.
